Owner Drivers and Forestry Contractors Code of Practice - Victoria

Description

You will need to comply with this code if you are:

  • an owner driver
  • harvesting contractor
  • haulage contractor
  • making arrangements with any of the above to perform work on your behalf.

This code provides mandatory requirements concerning the engagement of contractors, and guidance for hirers and contractors on conduct, contract terms and business operation.
