To be eligible for this permit, you must provide with your application:
- a copy of any current planning permit (if applicable)
- a site plan of current conditions at a scale of 1:100
- a site plan of your proposed parklet and its associated items at a scale of 1:100
- details of all furniture and associated items you intend to use for your parklet
- photos of existing site conditions
- an image and size details of any advertising or logos you intend to use
- evidence public liability insurance for at least $20 million
You must also ensure your proposed parklet meets the criteria and traffic conditions listed in the Outdoor Trading Guidelines.
