Permit for Containment of Category D Waste - Victoria

Description

You will need this permit to undertake activities that involve the containment of category D waste soil on a project site when the waste soil is generated at that site.

There are multiple conditions attached to this permit. Some conditions include:

  • you must keep a copy of permit at activity site
  • notify the Agency in the event of any discharge, malfunctions, or any breach of the permit
  • notify the Agency if you change your personal details, there is a change to an officer or any other relevant administrative details.
You must also keep records for five years and they must be made available to the Agency on request.
