There is a maximum of fifteen participants per session. There is a limit on the amount of personal trainers permitted to operate in a park or garden. Fitness training must not start prior to 6.00am and must be finished by 9.00pm. Ten sessions consisting of 1.5 hours are allowed per week.
You should not attach any equipment to trees or park property. You may not peg anything into the ground or place, drag or tumble heavy objects on lawns.
Amplifiers and sounds systems are not allowed.
