Permit to Conduct a Raffle - Victoria

Description

You will require this permit if you intend to sell raffle tickets or conduct a trade promotion in a public place. It covers the erection or placement of tables, stalls or similar structures on any road, municipal place or reserve. Certain exemptions may apply for approved organised events, festivals or market activities. Approval to conduct the actual raffle may be required before the sale of tickets can commence.

Please note that you will need to apply for a Minor Gaming Licence where prizes have a retail value over $5000.
