Permit to Conduct Developments Requiring Water Services - Central Highlands Water - Victoria

Description

You will require this permit if you intend to conduct developments where water, sewerage and recycled water services are required. There are two types of developments works:

  • Private Works which are the construction of private assets and sewer connection points
  • Developer Works which are the construction of reticulated or shared assets.

Once you have submitted this application, the Agency will provide you with a deed that includes the costs and conditions specific to your development.
