Description

You will require this permit if you intend to consume or possess liquor in unsealed containers in public places, residential or commercial areas. This includes places owned, occupied, managed or cared for by your local council to which the public has access (whether or not on the payment of an admittance fee).

Your Council may stipulate certain areas and times for which this permit is required.
