You will require a permit if you intend to allow the:

  • direct or indirect flow of irrigation water onto council land
  • discharge of water, including wastewater, with the exception of stormwater to the legal discharge point, onto council or public land
  • discharge of water on to any land, including land owned or occupied by you, which might result in a discharge of water onto council land.
