Description

You may require this permit if you intend to dismantle, repair, service or paint a vehicle on public land or private land which is intended to be used primarily for residential purposes. This permit is required for all registered, unregistered, heavy and long vehicles.

You may be exempt if you need to repair a vehicle to enable it to be removed from a public road in emergencies.
