You will require this permit if you intend to erect, demolish, enlarge or re-erect structures upon or adjacent to the foreshore or the bank of any lake or watercourse.
Structures may be fixed or floating and include:
- jetties
- wharves
- boat ramps
- pontoons
- other structures.
