Description

You will require this permit if you intend to drive or move animals along a road or through a public area.

Except in case of emergency, animals may only be moved or driven during daylight hours.

Livestock includes, but is not limited to:

  • horses
  • cattle
  • swine
  • sheep
  • goats
  • deer.

You must lodge your application at least 7 days before you intend to drive livestock. Your application must be in the form approved by Council and accompanied by the required fee.
