You will need this permit to receive, store or process waste generated at another site.

This permit is for resource recovery or off site transfer or disposal. This will also depend on the amount of waste:

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.

Up to 99 years for a waste management activity at a current or former landfill site, up to 20 years in any other case.
