You will require this permit if you intend to store or place anything on a road, footpath, nature strip or other Council land, watercourses or lakes.
This includes items and materials such as letter boxes, trailers, vehicles, vessels, machinery, fodder, building or industrial materials, equipment, debris, hard waste or any other thing, whether for agricultural, commercial, in building work zones or street improvement areas, or for private purposes.
This permit is not required for the placement of receptacles for household refuse or recyclable materials, or rubbish for which arrangements have been made with your council for collection.
