Permit to Store or Place Items on any Road, Footpath, Watercourse or Council Land - Banyule City Council - Victoria

Description

You will require this permit if you intend to store or place certain items on council land, including footpaths, roads, nature strips, watercourse, beaches or lakes.  It is also required if you operate a club or similar licensed venue and intend to rope off sections of the footpath adjacent to your premises to facilitate queuing.

Items that require this permit include, but are not limited to:

  • letter boxes
  • trailers
  • vehicles
  • vessels
  • machinery
  • power tools
  • fodder
  • building or industrial materials
  • equipment
  • debris
  • hard waste.
