Description

You will need this permit to supply or use any waste classified as reportable priority waste in the course of your business.

Reportable priority waste is a subset of priority waste that holds the highest level of risks and therefore has more stringent controls. It includes cyanides, alkaline wastes, inorganic chemicals and paints, lacquers and vanish.

The Agency must be notified of the transport, consignment and receipt of reportable priority waste.
