Permit to Undertake Water Activities in Restricted Bodies of Water - City of Melbourne - Victoria

Description

You will require this permit if you intend to undertake water activities in a body of water that is not a swimming pool.  For example, a cascade, fountain, pond, pool or watercourse.  A permit is required for events and activities that involve:

  • throwing, placing or depositing anything on or into a body of water
  • allowing people or animals to bathe, paddle, swim or wade in a body of water that is not intended for that use.
