Description

You will require this permit if you intend to do the following actions with Protected Aquatic Biota (PAB):

  • take, sell, possess, keep or display for reward
  • injure, damage or destroy
  • release into Victorian waters.

PAB means any taxon or community of aquatic flora or fauna declared to be protected under the Act.
