Provider of Port Services Licence - Victoria

Description

You will need this licence to provide prescribed port services in a Victorian port. Prescribed port services include one of the following:

  • the provision of channels for use by shipping
  • the provision of berths, buoys or dolphins in connection with the berthing of vessels carrying containers or motor vehicles
  • the provision of short term storage or cargo marshalling facilities in connection with the loading or unloading of vessels carrying containers or motor vehicles at berths, buoys or dolphins.
