Registration for Receiving Actual Acid Sulfate Soil - Victoria

Description

You will need this registration if your site receives Actual Acid Sulfate Soil or Potential Acid Sulfate Soil for treatment or amelioration.

This does not include soil that has contaminant concentrations exceeding the upper limits for fill material containment concentrations. This is following the Waste Disposal Categories - Characteristics and Thresholds guidelines. It also does not apply if the soil contains asbestos.
