Registration of Public Health Business Premises - Hindmarsh Shire Council - Victoria

You will need to register your premises with your local council if you intend to operate a business that involves any of the following:

  • hairdressing
  • beauty therapies
  • colonic irrigation
  • skin penetration
  • tattooing
  • any other activity deemed to be a public health risk.

Please note that commercial tanning units are banned in Victoria.
