Restricted Club Licence - Victoria

Description

You will need this licence if you operate a club and intend to supply alcohol. A restricted club licence authorises you to supply alcohol on your premises to:

  • members of your club for consumption on the premises
  • guests of a member for consumption on the premises

Unlike a full club licence, a restricted club licence will only authorise you to supply alcohol at set times specified by the Agency in your licence. A full club licence is also required to supply alcohol to members for off-premises consumption.

Special procedures apply for two or more clubs that wish to amalgamate and apply for one club licence.
