Description

You will need this licence to operate a rooming house within Victoria, or to continue running an existing rooming house that has not been previously registered.

A rooming house is a property that:

  • has one or more rooms available
  • is available for four or more people to occupy
  • has tenants that reside in the property and pay rent.
