Special Access Authorisation - Victoria

Description

This authorisation allows a person to carry out geothermal exploration in the specified area. It does not do authorise a person to make a well or give any rights to geothermal energy within the area.

It is not necessary for the holder of this authorisation to also have an exploration permit, retention lease or an injection and monitoring licence. However, if the area has a current permit, lease or licence holder, a copy of any factual information must be given to them within the prescribed time period.
