You will need to register your swimming pool or spa if it is capable of holding more than 30cm of water. 

This includes:

  • in-ground
  • above ground
  • bathing and wading
  • indoor
  • relocatable, including inflatables.

Pools and spas that meet this criteria must also have a compliant safety barrier in place.
