Temporary Limited Liquor Licence - Victoria

Description

You will need this licence to hold a one-off event where alcohol will be supplied or consumed. Examples of one-off events include balls or presentation / awards nights. This licence may also authorise the supply of liquor at events that are held over a series of dates, such as theatre productions.

A temporary limited licence authorises you to sell liquor at specified times. It cannot be renewed. A maximum of three events will be accepted per application.

Please note that if your event is likely to attract a large crowd (over 5000), or to have a significant impact on the area it is held, you will be required to apply for a major event licence.
