Tourist Fossicking Authority - VIC - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

This authority entitles the applicant to search (fossick) for minerals. The fossicking can take place on any crown or private land, this can include land covered by a mining licence provided consent is obtained. This authority is subject to any other terms and conditions specified in the authority.

This authority extends to the sea bed and its subsoil within the territorial limits of Victorian water.
