BYO Permit - Victoria

Description

You will need this permit if you intend to allow your customers to bring their own alcohol to drink at your venue.

There are two types of BYO permits that can be applied for in Victoria:

  • restaurants and clubs
  • party buses.

This permit is for businesses that do not want to sell alcohol to their customers. If you want to sell alcohol for consumption at your premises and allow BYO, just apply for the relevant licence - explore liquor licences by visiting get started with liquor licensing.
