Estate Agent's Licence - Victoria

Description

You will require this licence if you intend to buy, sell, lease or manage real estate (properties) or businesses on behalf of any other person (such as a vendor / seller, landlord, purchaser or tenant).

This licence also authorises the holder to own and / or manage a real estate agency as a sole trader, in partnership, or through a corporation (the corporation must hold the licence in its own right).

You may employ a person to act as your representative provided that person meets all the eligibility requirements for acting as an Agent's Representative, but as the licensed Estate Agent you are legally responsible for the actions of that representative.

Please consult the responsible agency for more information regarding eligibility requirements.
