Levee Maintenance Permit - Victoria

Description

You will need this permit if you intend to conduct maintenance on a levee situated on Crown Land. A levee is mound or bank constructed for the purpose of obstructing or diverting the flow of water.

This permit allows you to enter and pass through Crown Land with machinery, and introduce soil or other materials to Crown Land. However, it only applies to specified Crown Land.
