You will need this accreditation if you intend to provide an initial teacher education program. An initial teacher education program is designed to prepare people to teach in a school.

You will not need this accreditation if your program is accredited under a recognised national accreditation scheme for initial education programs. To gain accreditation, your program will be required to meet accreditation standards issued by the Agency.
