AGVET Code of Western Australia - Western Australia


You will be required to comply with this code if you intend to sell, supply or use a registered pesticide. You must not sell a registered pesticide unless it bears an approved label. A registered pesticide must be used in accordance with the directions stated on its approved label.

An approved label is a label which has been approved, and attached to the container, in accordance with this code.

The code also provides a list of registered pesticides.
