To be eligible for this approval, you must:
- be a body corporate
- have the capacity to hold horse or pony races for a stake, prize or betting purposes.
You will also need to supply the agency with a copy of the rules under which the race is proposed and details of the racecourse at which it proposes to hold races. To grant this approval, the agency must be satisfied that the rules you have provided are suitable.
