Approval of a Noise Management Plan - Motor Sport Venue - Shire of Cocos (Keeling) Islands - Western Australia

Description

You will need a noise management plan approved by council if you intend to operate a motor sport venue. Motor sport venues are any premises approved or recognised by a motor sport organisation as places where racing activities may be conducted.

The noise management plan must set out matters such as the times at which racing activities will be conducted, measures that will be implemented to control noise emissions, and the people responsible for implementing the plan.
