Description

You will need this approval if you intend to assume a position of authority in a body corporate that holds a liquor licence. You are considered to be in a position of authority if you either:

  • are the director of the body corporate
  • control or influence the affairs of the body corporate
  • manage the body corporate under a licence
  • occupy a position with delegated authority
  • are a shareholder.
