Approval of Non-Complying Temporary Toilets - Western Australia

Description

You will need this approval if you intend to construct temporary toilets that do not comply with the normal standards. Examples of non-conforming temporary toilets include those without:

  • a hand basin and tap with water supply
  • a flushing mechanism
  • a toilet bowl, seat and cover
  • adequate roofs, doors, floors and walls
  • adequate light or ventilation.
