Approval to Construct, Alter or Extend an Aquatic Facility or Water Body - Western Australia

Description

You will need approval if you intend to construct, alter or extend an aquatic facility or water body. A water body includes spa pools, swimming pools, water slides and wave pools. Aquatic facilities consist of one of more water bodies as well as any toilets, changing rooms, lighting, fencing, concourses, industrial plant and structures related to those water bodies.
