Description

You will need approval if you intend to construct, alter or extend an aquatic facility or water body. Aquatic facilities consist of one of more water bodies as well as any toilets, changing rooms, lighting, fencing, concourses, industrial plant and structures related to those water bodies. A water body includes:

  • spa pools
  • swimming pools
  • water slides
  • wave pools.
