Description

You will require this approval if you intend to construct or erect a stable for the keeping of a horse, cow or other large animal, such as a pig, sheep or goat. A stable is any building where these animals are kept, cared for and fed.

To be eligible for this approval you must:

  • Submit plans of the intended stable to the Council; and
  • Ensure that the stable is not situated within 15 meters of a house and all other planning requirements.
