Approval to Hold an Event Exceeding Noise Standards - Western Australia

Description

You will need this approval if you intend to conduct an activity or event that exceeds the noise standard. Noise regulations set standards for maximum levels of noise that may be legally generated by certain activities. You must notify the council and obtain their acknowledgement of this event. A sign must be placed in a prominent location, notifying those outside the premises of the non-complying noise levels.
