Approval to Inject Petroleum into a Natural Underground Reservoir - Western Australia

Description

You will require this approval if you intend to inject petroleum into a natural underground reservoir. This approval may be granted for the purpose of storage and subsequent recovery or for some other purpose. If the purpose of your injection of petroleum is for storage and subsequent recovery, you will be required to reach an agreement as to the methods used for injection and recovery; royalty payments; and any other conditions determined by the Agency. Petroleum is any naturally occurring hydrocarbon or mixture of hydrocarbons, including oil and gas.
