You will require this licence if you intend to keep more than 12 poultry and pigeons on your premises. This does not apply to land zoned rural, or premises approved for poultry farming on land deemed suitable under the town planning scheme. Poultry, includes fowls, peafowls, turkeys geese, ducks and other domestic fowls.
