AS / NZS 1596 The Storage and Handling of LP Gas - Western Australia

Description

You may need to comply with this standard if you intend to carry out gasfitting work on consumer gas installations. Gas installations include any appliance, pipes, fittings or other apparatus installed or to be installed for or for purposes incidental to the conveyance, control, supply or use of gas.

This standard sets out requirements and recommendations for the safe storage and handling of liquid petroleum (LP) gas, in cylinders and bulk tanks and also sets out the requirements for design, construction, commissioning and operation of installations for the storage and handling of LP Gas
