AS / NZS 3001:2008 Electrical Installations - Transportable Structures and Vehicles including their Site Supplies - Western Australia

Description

You will need to comply with this standard if you intend to conduct electrical work on a transportable structure. Transportable structures include both vehicles and structures with or without wheels that can readily be moved from one site to another, such as:

  • motor homes
  • food vans
  • relocatable homes
  • temporary site offices.

This standard sets out the requirements for electrical installations associated with transportable structures that are intended for connection to low-voltage alternating current supply systems (greater than 50 volts but not exceeding 1000 volts).
