Description

You will need to comply with this standard if you intend to manufacture, supply or operate a liquid petroleum gas (LPG) powered motor vehicle.

This standard specifies requirements for liquefied petroleum gas (LP Gas) fuel systems for engines mounted on motor vehicles, either for the propulsion of the vehicles or for driving some auxiliary function, for example a mixer or a pump. This standard provides requirements for the design and construction of component parts and for their installation in vehicles, and for tests, commissioning and periodic inspection.

You need to comply with the version of the standard that was in force at the time your vehicle was first equipped to run on LPG.
