AS / NZS 1716:2012 Respiratory Protective Devices - Western Australia


You will be required to comply with this standard if you are the manager or employer of a mine and intend to supply protective equipment to protect employees from radiation or abrasive blasting.

You must ensure that protective devices provided at the mine to protect against radiation or abrasive blasting are selected, used and maintained in accordance with this standard and with AS / NZS 1715.

This Standard specifies requirements, performance and testing criteria for the manufacture of respiratory protective devices.
