AS / NZS 60335.2.102:2004 Household and Similar Electrical Appliances - Safety - Particular Requirements for Gas, Oil and Solid-fuel Burning Appliances having Electrical Connections - Western Australia


You must comply with this standard if you intend to undertake gas fitting or consumer gas installations. You may also require this code if you intend to manufacture or sell industrial or commercial gas appliances.

This standard deals with the safety of gas, oil and solid-fuel burning appliances having electrical connections, for household and similar purposes, their rated voltage (V) being not more than 250 V for single-phase appliances and 480 V for other appliances. An appliance that is installed in a consumer's gas installation and incorporates electrical apparatus must comply with this standard.
