Australian Standard AS 4467: Hygienic Production of Crocodile Meat for Human Consumption - Western Australia


You must comply with this standard if you intend to operate a game carcass field depot or wild game meat processing establishment that processes crocodile for human consumption.

This standard sets out requirements for the construction and equipment and procedures of all premises where crocodiles are slaughtered and processed for the production of crocodile meat for human consumption.
