Authorisation to Install or Use a Mooring - Western Australia

Description

You will need this authorisation if you intend to install or use a mooring in a port. A mooring is a structure used to secure a vessel in a port.

This authorisation is only needed for the ports under the control of the:

  • Kimberley Ports Authority (ports of Broome, Wyndham, Derby and Yampi Sound)
  • Pilbara Ports Authority (ports of Ashburton, Dampier, Port Hedland and Varanus Island).
