You may need this authorisation if you intend to place goods on a port facility, port land or other property of the port authority. This includes unloading goods onto the wharf of the port.
This authorisation is only needed for the ports under the control of the:
- Kimberley Ports Authority (ports of Broome, Wyndham, Derby and Yampi Sound)
- Pilbara Ports Authority (ports of Ashburton, Dampier, Port Hedland and Varanus Island).
