All cats over the age of 6 months must be sterilised, micro-chipped and registered.
A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
Cats under the custody of the Cat Welfare Society, RSPCA, a cat management facility or a veterinary clinic or hospital are exempt from registration.
To be a cat owner you must be over 18 years of age (to take legal responsibility).
Either 1 year, 3 years or for the life of the cat
