Description

You will need to comply with this code if you intend to carry out construction work. ‘Construction work’ is defined in the WHS Regulations as any work carried out in connection with the construction, alteration, conversion, fitting-out, commissioning, renovation, repair, maintenance, and refurbishment, demolition, decommissioning or dismantling of a structure.

The code provides relevant guidance on how to manage health and safety risks associated with construction work.
